Ok. I've dealt with this guy in the past and had no problem. I drove 205 miles from Staten Island to Trumbull, CT for a laptop in a trade. no problems, got the laptop (im on the laptop rite now) made the trade, met him, met some weird old foreign guy he hangs out with, no doubt. Then i decide to buy a laptop for a friend of mine. He sends me a laptop, I do a clean install of windows, no drivers work. I ask him why the driver cd's don't work, he tells me that he has used the cd's and they work, that i must be "an idiot and don't know how to use a computer" very nice of him, right? Well push comes to shove i talk to the kid that he bought the laptop off of, and that kid had never sent the right CDs to Brad... what's this Brad lied? no way! i get the right driver cd from this other guy, set up the laptop and give it to my buddy. Now he owes me a 36 gb raptor.. lo and behold, he never had the raptor in his posession when he went to sell it! I say ok back on May 13th, ill give him a few weeks... May passes, June passes, I call him, no response, finally i get him he gives me some huge excuse about him being out of the state (CT) and his girlfriend wont mail it to me and just wait a week and he'll be back in CT and mail it to me. Middle of july, NO RAPTOR STILL. I call him around July 20th. "Oh mat, i just got back from florida, ill mail it today u'll have it in 2 days" GREAT! 2 days come, july ends, finally august 2nd, i've had enough I post on anandtech:

RMA to newegg about 2 weeks ago and am still waiting to return to my home
in connecticut. i'm currently on business in florida and georgia. So as
soon as i return next tuesday morning the raptor should be sent out. I
explained to matt that i wasn't in connecticut until that time, and he
kept calling me and asking me about the raptor. I apologize that i've
taken long to send it, he's on about 45 minutes away from me in staten
island. I just havn't been able to ship it b/c i'm not currently at my
home until aug. 9th. I greatly appreciate your concern and help, and i
will update you with tracking as soon as i ship it tuesday.

so wait, he didnt have the raptor when he said he did, there's another lie.. no surprise. i email him asking for a refund he says:

why couldn't have i just paypal'd it before, thats no problem.... paypal done. sorry for the troubles. i just honestly don't have the time, and me and my g/f aren't together anymore. So i am living alone in connecticut, and no one is there right now to even get them. but neways i paypal'd u the money so i hope everythings ok.

so he's in connecticut?! this kid really has some problems with lying doesn't he, he just told trollhunters he wont be in CT for a week... lol!
